ive known about newgrounds for a long time but i nevr thought to really check it out and see whats up until a few days ago! i went on the website and found that i had already made an account a while ago last year! but backstory aside i think this place is great and the artwork here is so diverse and fun its a fun little shindig and i think ill pay more attention to it from now on! also... ive got a question for the newground peeps here: whats the scout thing about? thats all :)

Getting scouted, which can only happen in the Art and Audio portals (separately), allows for your art/audio submissions to be more publicly seen by the general users of Newgrounds (aka the "Approved Artists" category in the Art portal).

person who absolutely knows nothing abt newgrounds here; an artist who's been scouted means their art is able to be put up in the frontpage. scouted artists can scout unscouted artists
